Newborns use a lot of diapers. But my DD is in size 3s and we only use 150 diapers a month, tops. Probably more like 120. And as your child grows they will have different diaper needs. My DD needs size 4 night time diapers at night so she doesn't wake up wet. Since we only use those once a day, a box lasts us two months.
